Welcome to the Next Generation Book Club (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Purpose of the App

The Next Generation Book Club is a reading community designed to inspire personal growth through curated monthly reads. We offer a selection of books that are either:

• Freely available on the public internet
• Granted permission by authors or publishers to feature in our app

Our goal is to foster a love for reading, promote authors, and create a platform where readers can engage with impactful books.

2. Content Usage and Ownership

We do not claim ownership of the books featured in this app unless explicitly stated. The books are:

• Freely accessible online
• Books for which we have obtained explicit permission from authors or publishers

Each month, we feature three books available for 30 days of in-app reading. After this period:

• The books are moved to the Library for optional purchase
• This access history becomes the user's ticket to the Library

The Library serves as an archive where users can revisit or discover missed reads.

3. Author Spotlight

Each month, we feature authors in our Author Spotlight including:

• Information about the author
• Links to their other works, websites, or social media

We encourage users to support authors by purchasing their books or engaging with their official platforms.

4. User Conduct

By using our app, you agree:

• To respect all copyrights and intellectual property
• To use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only

5. Subscription and Access

Only active subscribers can access books. Subscription fees:

• Support the maintenance of the app
• Do not constitute payments for books or author content

6. Content Removal Requests

If you are an author, publisher, or rights holder and believe your book was included in error, contact us with:

• Your name
• The book title in question
• Brief explanation or proof of ownership

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages from third-party content or external book platforms. Use of the app is at your own risk.
